Admission

Admission Procedure

            The application form for admission in this I.T.I is available on payment of Rs. 200/- either in cash or by sending self addressed envelope with stamp of Rs. 5.00 and M.O. amounting Rs. 200/- payable to Ramakrishna Vivekananda Mission, Swami Vivekananda Private ITI, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas. Form and Prospectus will be issued and received on and from 1st to 30th June, 2012 during office hours. Admission Test will be conducted on Sunday, the 1st July, 2012 at 1 p.m. for 1 hour based on Madhyamik Syllabus. Results will be published on 4th July, 2012 at 11 a.m. and Admission will be made as per merit list on 5th July to 10th July, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Classes will start from 1st August, 2012 at 10 a.m. Fees Paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances. The following formalities are also satisfied by the candidates at the time of admission :

a)     For Admission to the Institute Trainees must give an undertaking to observe the rules and regulations of the Institute.

b)    The Institute reserves the right of rejecting any application for admission without assigning any reason.

c)     Admission forms are supplied only at the time of admission. These are to be filled in and signed by the candidates in the presence of a responsible officer of the Institute.

d)    At the time of Admission a candidate has to produce-

        i)     2 Passport Size photographs.

        ii)    Xerox and attested copies of all testimonials including admit card of Madhyamik Pariksha.

        iii)   Guardian’s consent letter.

        iv)   Attested Xerox copies supporting SC/ST candidates PH candidates and widow/Military candidates.

 

N.B. : The paper may be attested by the School  Headmaster/Head of Institute/Gazetted Officers etc. N.A.

Selection is made as per order according to selection procedure of DGET, Government of India for “M” type ITI trade only.        Government of India for “M” type I.T.I. trade only.

The name of all existing I.T.I is Junior Technical Institution of N.C.V.T. (National Council of Vocational Training), DGET (Directorate General and Employment Training), Ministry of Labour, Government of India, New Delhi.

Age limitation for participation to this I.T.I. Trade Course

Lower age 14+ years upper age 40 years (as on date of Admission) only for General Category. 3 years, 5 years and 10 years, are relaxed for upper Age-limitation only for SC/ST Candidates, Military-Army Ex-serviceman categories and widow, divorcee categories respectively. No Government order for relaxation in the case of upper age-limitation for OBC (Other Backward Classes) candidates, still on the date of publication of Advertisement.

Age Calculation Norm (As per order of Government of India)

With respect to date of Admission the lower and upper age will be strictly counted between 14+ years and 40 years for General categories. No relaxation for one day exceed or short will not be made in the case of calculation of age of intending Applicants. The same is also applicable for applicants other than general categories.

Issuing Authority for awarding NTCS.

(National Trade Certificates)

Our success trainee of AITT will be successful awarded by the I.T.I. Council, NCVT, Ministry of Labour Government of India, New Delhi by issuing National Trade Certificates like as all other existing I.T.Is/I.T.Cs/J.T.S. of India, where such issuing NTCs are equally acceptable and applicable through over whole India, in the fields of Non Government Job opportunities.
